We strive to provide high quality video editing services and want every client to be satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with your completed project, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions until the final deliverable matches the agreed upon project scope.
A full refund may be requested before editing work has begun. If editing has already started but the project has not been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. If the final project delivered does not reasonably match the agreed upon scope and we are unable to resolve the issue through revisions, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Every project includes reasonable revisions based on the original instructions provided by the client. Requests that significantly change the original scope, style, footage, or creative direction may require an additional fee.
